Simple Morning Smoothie

In the summer, I tend to drink a lot of smoothies for breakfast because they are so easy and sound really good in this hot weather. I've been drinking this one every morning for a while now and I love it! It's really filling and has a fresh vanilla/tropical taste to it. We hope you enjoy!

What You'll Need:

Blender (this one is great)

Ingredients:

1-1.5 cups Unsweetened vanilla almond milk 

1 cup Tropical frozen fruit blend (I buy mine at Target and it has mangos, bananas and pineapple)

1 t Vanilla extract

Spinach (optional)

Directions:

Place all ingredients in blender and blend! I tend to start with less liquid and then add more to thin it out because I don't like my smoothies too thick. You can also add in a handful of spinach if you want some extra greens - you won't even be able to taste it!
